I had a delightful stay at Intelier Victoria. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, especially Itsaso who took the time to assist me with directions and restaurant recommendations. The room was thoughtfully designed, clean, and just a short walk to both the beach and the charming Old Town.

Staff were incredibly accommodating. one even helped me with baby food and organized our travel tickets. The location really stood out, just a few blocks from the beach and close to nice restaurants. The breakfast provided a delightful selection, and each room came equipped with a door leading to a Juliet balcony, offering a lovely view of the street while keeping the noise surprisingly low. One downside was occasional street noise, particularly at night, so keeping the curtains drawn helped maintain some privacy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great amenities, although a bit more soundproofing would make it perfect.

Noise crept in from outside late at night, disrupting our sleep. Privacy was virtually non-existent with direct views into the nearby apartment block, forcing us to keep the curtains drawn. The absence of complimentary tea and coffee in the room felt stingy, especially considering the costs-over 300 euros per night without even a bottle of free water is notable. Plus, the toilet had a minor leak that wasn’t addressed in time for our departure, leaving us feeling a bit underwhelmed by the overall experience.

Just a decent option for a city break in San Sebastian with outstanding value. The breakfast selection was small but surprisingly delicious, especially the coffee. Bring earplugs for a better night's sleep due to street noise.

My stay was just what I needed after weeks in hostels! The location couldn't be better, right across from the beach and a short stroll to the Old Town. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went the extra mile, even holding my bags after checkout. One area for improvement would be the breakfast options. although good, a bit more variety would enhance the experience.

Just a few blocks from the beach and the cathedral, Intelier Victoria offers comfortable, clean rooms. Our shower had excellent water pressure, and the breakfast selection was small but delicious, especially the surprisingly good coffee. Plus, the free beach towels were a delightful touch for our beach outings.
